My name is Sarah Huang, I'm a product owner, and entrepreneur for hire. I have 15+ years of experience in digital transformation and eCommerce, I have shipped more than 400 B2C and B2B projects across APAC.
I'm passionately obsessed with details although not a perfectionist, I like staying with problems and have a knack for finding areas to save costs and increase revenue for my clients, in the product, people & processes.
I love digital transformation projects and take a hands-on approach to management consulting projects, where practical implementation and organizational design is my thing. I like to build a highly efficient organizational structure, that remains fun and rewarding.
I’m versatile, resilient, adaptive, direct, results orientated, introverted and disciplined, often I form an emotional attachment to my work, where I develop entrepreneurs like ownership and duty.
I’m a mom, I enjoy spending time with family, photography, painting, love dogs and nature, I’m a self-taught hobbyist UI & UX designer and I like to dabble in Python.
